My experience is as a second time buyer. Though the entire process of selling and buying a house is a stressful one with many moving parts or sometimes not moving parts, making it a long drawn out process. The feeling of not having full control can be frustrating. However, all my dealings with LWK, from initial viewing of the property with Philip and later managed with Pola has been a positive and helpful interaction. I found them honest and trustworthy and offered me valuable advice and without them the closure of the purchase would’ve been far more frustrating.
